Welcome to Zaylo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zaylo mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Zaylo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zaylo.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zaylo. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and current

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1 Content Guidelines

When posting content on Zaylo, you agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Share false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content without permission
• Share content that violates privacy rights of others
• Post sexually explicit or inappropriate content
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

4.2 Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you post on Zaylo
• By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you post
• We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice

5. AI Services and Limitations

Regarding our AI features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI responses are generated by automated systems and may contain errors
• AI advice should not replace professional medical or nutritional consultation
• You should consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
• AI services require coin purchases to access
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI responses

6. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

6.1 Coins

• Coins are virtual currency used to access premium features like AI chat services
• Coins can be purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system
• Coin balances are stored locally on your device
• Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts

6.2 Purchases and Refunds

• All purchases are processed through Apple's payment system
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law
• Refund requests should be directed to Apple's App Store support
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue coin packages

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Zaylo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:

• AI service providers for chat functionality

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAYLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10.3 Health and Safety

• We do not provide medical advice or treatment
• Always consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns
• We are not responsible for health outcomes resulting from app use
• Dietary changes should be made under professional guidance

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zaylo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you post on the App

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the App or other users
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending in-app notifications for significant changes

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:
